All services are provided on the basis of a separate engagement letter or service agreement that details the specific scope, timeline, and fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the performance of services. We are not liable for errors or delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client. Clients must ensure that all documents and information provided to us are lawful and do not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Professional Standards

All services are performed by or under the supervision of qualified professionals in accordance with applicable professional standards and Bangladesh law. We maintain professional indemnity insurance as appropriate.

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees are as agreed in the engagement letter. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend or withhold services in the event of non-payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information disclosed in the course of the engagement. Our confidentiality obligations are governed by applicable professional standards and our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, and documents prepared by Mukit Associates remain our intellectual property until all fees are paid in full. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
